Overall this is a very nice place to rent. Booking was slightly confusing since VRBO was a third party. Actual payment has to go to the property management company separately. Great access to the lake for fishing or swimming from the dock. Dock could use some kind of shade/roof as it's in full sun almost all day until evening. Inside is very nice, but could use some more supplies for guests to use to keep things clean inside. We couldn't find a broom or mop, etc. There was a push broom on the balcony which came in handy to sweep off all the bugs that ended up on the balcony overnights.The outside of the building could use some cleaning. The yard was immaculate, but the house was coated with dust and cobwebs. Nothing a good pressure washing couldn't fix. :)Overall, we were happy with our 5 day stay.
