A cozy retreat for two, featuring a beautiful outdoor area with apple trees, located not far from the banks of the Seine. Le Bûcher, a former building where firewood was once stored, has been transformed into a cozy vacation rental, ideal for getaways for two and romantic weekends. The wood-frame house, clad in siding, is located near the owner’s home and 200 meters from the county road (some noise may be heard). You can enjoy the fruits of the orchard throughout the seasons on 18,000 square meters of lush green grounds. Kitchen area with 2 electric burners, mini-oven/grill/microwave, dining-living area (sofa bed for 2), stereo system, and bathroom with toilet. Upstairs on the sloped mezzanine: a double bed. ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED. Please note that this cottage is not an all-inclusive package: certain options are subject to an additional charge.

The location was perfect. Overlooking the garden with apple trees, like looking out on to a postcard of Normandy. Henri, the host, was superb as we arrived we were greeted with a smile and made us feel most welcome.
