Discover this superb fully furnished house, ideal for accommodating up to 10 people, located in the commune of Plomeur. Nestled in a calm environment, away from the town center but close to shops, it benefits from a strategic location between the port of Guilvinec, La Torche point, and the Ster beach. Perfect for vacations combining surf initiation, picturesque hikes, seafood tasting, and invigorating swims. You will be welcomed in an enclosed space of 1,000 m² including a garden and a large terrace equipped with a barbecue, ideal for friendly summer evenings.
A garage is available for storing your bicycles. You can also park up to five vehicles in the private courtyard of the house.
The entrance is through the garden, leading to a vast living area including a living room with television, a dining room that can accommodate 10 guests, as well as a fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and all the necessary utensils for preparing your meals. Behind the kitchen, a second large living area offers an additional living room corner and a large table for sharing board games. Both spaces provide access to the terrace. On the ground floor, you will also find a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
The accommodation has two interconnected sleeping areas, accessible by two separate staircases. The kitchen staircase leads to three bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, and an independent toilet. The first bedroom has a bunk bed, the second is equipped with two single beds 90*200cm, and the third has a double bed 140x200cm. On the other side, the staircase leads to two double rooms equipped with a double bed 140x200cm. All double rooms are equipped with a television.
For more convenience, a washing machine, a dryer, a table, and an iron are at your disposal throughout your stay.
