About this apartment rental

The vacations region Gambarogno lies at the Lago Maggiore lake, in front of Locarno/Ascona. The small village Vairano lies on cliff position. The residence has 2 units with 6 flats each. Sunny position at the village border. There is a swimmingpool ca. 6.5 m x 15 ms (open from ca. middle May until middle September, weather dependent) for common use. Large terrace (ca. 45 m2) with panorama view on the lake and the mountains and garden furniture for private use. Driveway until house, private parking. Stairways to the flat. Bus stop ca. 30 ms. Shop, lake with bathing-establishment, railway station ca. 3 km. Bed and kitchen linen available. Washing machine for private use. Pets not permitted.
4-room terraces flat "Bilancia" for 6 persons, 4th floor
Renovated in 2015. Entrance. Dining room, table, radio, cable-TV, wireless internet, exit on terrace. Kitchen open to living room with modern cooking combination with e-ceramic stove, dishwasher. 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each, one with exit on terrace. 1 bedroom with bunk bed. Shower/toilet/washbasin. Separate toilet/washbasin. Start/end rent day always on Friday! (NL-00003726)
