About this apartment rental

Ascona is a neighbor place of Locarno. The small fisherman village is today internationally well known prominent meeting place. The well cared, two floor residence with just 12 units, lies on quiet and sunny position at village border in green. Outside swimming pool (ca. 10 m x 5 m, open ca. from middle may until ca. end of September, weather dependent) for common use. Furnished garden with terrace, small lawn area for private use. Balcony with sun rolling shutter. Driveway to house. Public parking. Tennis ca. 200 m. shop, bus station ca. 700 m. Bathing establishment, golf ca. 800 m., lake promenade, village centre ca. 1.5 km. Bed, kitchen linen available. Washing machine for common use. Pets not permitted.
