In a quiet location, 25 km from the sea, 300 m from the Avenue Verte, and 1 hour from the famous Baie de Somme, this detached house—located near the owners’ home—features a private, enclosed terrace and garden with no overlooking neighbors, offering breathtaking views of the valley. You’ll also have access to the owners’ large garden (4,000 m²), filled with trees and flowers and featuring a fish pond (unprotected). First floor: open-concept kitchen (dishwasher, gas stove with oven, microwave, freezer), dining room with living area (sofa bed for 2), wood-burning stove (first basket of wood included; 1 stère of wood for 60€), large-screen flat-panel TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi, bathroom (walk-in shower) with toilet. First floor: 2 adjoining bedrooms (1 double bed, 140x190 cm), crib, toilet with washing machine and sink. Heating and electricity are extra. Sheet rental available.
