About this house rental

Halfway between Jumièges and Rouen, in the heart of the Boucles de la Seine Normande Regional Nature Park, this vacation rental is surrounded by nature yet close to Rouen. In the Boucles de la Seine Regional Park, this detached, single-story vacation rental is very peaceful, with a direct view of the Seine and its boats, set in a 2-hectare wooded park shared with the owners. It is ideally located for exploring the entire region. This cottage features an unfenced garden with an unprotected ornamental pond. You’ll enjoy the rich diversity of flora and fauna in the Normandy marshes. - Open-concept kitchen (dishwasher, microwave), - Large living room, dining room (TV, DVD player), - Bathroom with toilet, dryer, and washer, - 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 160 cm), - 1 bedroom (2 single beds). Plenty of games for children. Baby equipment available upon request before arrival (crib, changing table, baby bathtub, high chair). Charging an electric vehicle is not permitted on the property.

This Gite is in an excellent spot. Great to explore the Seine river area. Great walks from the Gite. Two villages very near with excellent small local shops. Very quite to relax at the end of busy days. La Boulle is very easy to get to with the free ferry and a couple of great bars. Good parking, easy access, lovely garden to explore.All good. Peter
