This tastefully furnished rustico offers 70 m² of living space arranged over two floors and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms provide comfortable private spaces and additional convenience throughout your stay. Families with children are warmly welcome.

The cosy living area features tiled flooring and invites you to unwind with a comfortable sofa and wood-burning stove. The fire creates a particularly welcoming atmosphere on cooler evenings, while electric and underfloor heating ensure comfortable temperatures throughout the year. Free Wi-Fi and cable TV with international channels are also available.

The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. A ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and Nespresso machine provide everything you need for a leisurely breakfast or relaxed meals during your holiday.

The two bathrooms are conveniently equipped with a bathtub, shower, toilet and washbasin. Bed linen, towels and a basic selection of toiletries are provided upon arrival. A private washing machine offers additional convenience, particularly for longer stays.

Lake Maggiore and public transport are approximately 1.3 kilometres away, while shops and restaurants can be reached within around 2 kilometres. Arriving by car is recommended due to the location, and a private parking space is available directly on the property. Please note that the Rustico is reached on foot from the parking area via a staircase with numerous steps. The accommodation may therefore not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

The surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for active and varied days, from hiking and mountain biking to water sports and cultural excursions throughout the region.
