The apartment features a pool available to use during all year! On the last floor of the building!
Spacious and bright with A/C in the living room and bedrooms.
Featuring 2 rooms with comfy beds and shutters and double glazed window-doors that allows you to have a relaxed nice sleep, 2 bathrooms one of them ensuite
Spacious and nice living room with LCD TV with 150 channels and High Speed Internet .
The kitchen is fully equipped for your daily meals.
Balcony with small barbeque!

The neirboorhoud is very secured, just a few meters from the avenue where you will find most restaurants, shops and other commerce. Without the noise that the city center can sometimes provide, you are close enough to walk there.
There is parking outside, free of charge, on both sides of the building.
Other things to note
-You will need to provide all guest names before check-in as per the document sent 24 hours a day by your Host or automatically received by email - Mandatory process
-Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance. This will help improve your check-in.
-Children between 2 and 11 years old are welcome.
There is no crib or extra bed available. There is a sofa bed available.
-Maximum occupancy 5 people, including children.
-Cleaning and maintenance team available between 9am and 5pm. In the event of a non-urgent problem, please contact your Host within these hours.
-Extra people will not be accepted. Parties or events of any kind are not allowed on the property.
-Late check-in after 20:00 will be charged €30.00 at check-in.
-Late check-out after 11:00 am will be charged €30.00 at check-out.
-It is not allowed to make noise between 22:00 and 08:00.
-Non-Refundable Reservations.
-In case of cancellation, modification or no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
-The thermo accumulator is prepared for 3/4 people. The water heats up very quickly, just be careful with the shower and taps. After 30 minutes it goes off and automatically heats the water (it can take up to an hour).
-The pool is open from 9 am to 9 pm.
Pets are allowed, although some restrictions may apply:
- Pets of up to 6 kilos;
-We have a pet fee of €60.
-Pets must be fully trained.
- guests are responsible for cleaning their PGJyPg property.
- Pets are not allowed in common areas, such as restaurants, swimming pools, etc.
-A fee will be charged for any damage to furniture, floors or walls caused by the pet
