About this house rental
Our home is in a quiet, safe neighborhood at the north end of Lake Washington overlooking Downtown Kenmore. The renovated daylight ground level unit is equipped with a full living area with a gas fireplace, a dining room, a comfortable king-bed bedroom, and a kitchen with microwave, induction stove top, dishwasher, a full freezer / fridge, and many amenities.

The remodeled ground level apartment is over 1,000 square feet of living space and is private with a separate keypad entry.

We have essential cooking utensils, wine glasses, and a Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods provided. There is a dining table which can accommodate a family.
Bathroom:
The bathroom is equipped with a large accessible dual shower, a bidet, and essential amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
Livingroom:
There is a cozy gas fireplace in the living room, a smart ROKU TV, and a bluetooth/vinyl record player to enjoy your stay listening to some classic music! There is also a couch which can convert into a futon for additional sleeping in the living room.

Great place up in the hills in the Northern Eastside. Right near the heart of Kenmore and very close to Bothel. Many good restaurants and parks. Dont miss Copperworks Distillery and De La Soil restaurant. Very clean, quiet and all around great place.

We loved our stay at the guesthouse. Completely private. The check-in process was easy with detailed instructions! The kitchen had everything needed although we didn’t use it for our stay. The shower was amazing with 2 shower heads. The neighborhood was very nice and safe. Overall the home had nice touches and very clean!
