-Kitchen: A well-appointed kitchen boasts granite countertops, an island, hardwood floors, and French doors leading to a deck—perfect for enjoying meals with a view. The dining area can seat up to eight and is the perfect area to dine and enjoy the river views.
-Outdoor Space: Step onto the deck to take in stunning harbor views, or explore the expansive backyard that leads directly to the waterfront. The property is situated on a peaceful cul-de-sac, ensuring privacy and tranquility.
-Additional Amenities: Guests will appreciate the convenience of modern appliances including a cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker as well as energy-efficient thermopane windows.

1. Checkout is at 10am because of the time it takes to fully prepare the house for incoming guests. Check-in is at 4pm. If we do not have same day guests, we can offer an early check-in / late check-out for up to 3 hours for $40.
2. Guest count must be accurate, as pricing varies based on the number of guests.
3. Dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $150 per dog per stay. Maximum of 2.
4. No smoking anything inside the house
5. Please be considerate of the neighbors. We have full-time residents all around us.
6. Please remove shoes in the house.
7. A separate rental agreement is required to be signed.

We loved our time here. The view is fantastic. It was the perfect location to visit family and launch day trips along the Connecticut shore. Our hosts were accessible and responsive.

Beautiful lodging and location! View of the Brandford river right by the deck. Only 10 miles or so from New Haven. Great restaurants also in Brandford! Host made sure we got checked in and was available for any questions we might have. Would definitely stay again!

Well located, this charming two-bedroom house features a balcony where we could have our morning coffee overlooking the water. We will be back! Many thanks to our thoughtful hosts!

Very nice neighborhood with a beautiful view of the river. The house was cute but needs renovations. The stove had a burner that didn't work and there was mouse poop in the cabinet. Went to use containers and knife block and were so dusty they had to be washed first. Bedding was clean and comfortable. Served its purpose and close to town but a little overpriced for its condition.
