    The rooms are all nice and tidy including the bathroom, the facilities is what makes it worth it having all that in price but one thing I keep having an encounter with is the staff, some are entitled to others are just genuinely as holes And it happens every time we are here we much is a shame cus it’s a nice place

    Very poor understanding of customers needs. So rude and there were fights inside the hotel and they allow anyone to occupy. Complaint was never handled I had a complete night without sleep and afraid of my safety. But I still had to pay everything . No value for money
