The six-story building was constructed in a modern architectural style and features large windows and balconies that let plenty of light into the apartments and offer beautiful views of the water and the surrounding area. Depending on the orientation, you can enjoy either a northeast view of the Baltic Sea or a southwest view of the inland lake. Thanks to its unique location between the inland lake and the Baltic Sea, the building is ideal for anyone who loves the water. You’re just a few minutes away from the sandy beach and the promenade: simply cross a quiet 30 km/h street, follow the promenade path—and before you know it, you’ll have your feet in the fine beach sand.

One free, assigned parking space is available per apartment; it’s located either directly behind the building or across the street and is clearly marked with the apartment number. Bicycles can be securely parked at the bike racks in front of and next to the building. You’re also well connected by public transportation: The “Hauptstrandweg” bus stop is only about 50 meters from the building, allowing you to easily reach other destinations. A communal laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is available on the first floor of the complex. The upper floors can be easily reached via two separate stairwells or the elevator. Two different ramps at the main entrance ensure greater accessibility, making the building well-equipped in terms of accessibility.

The name “Windjammer” is more than just a name: It evokes the large multi-masted sailing ships that were once built for long ocean voyages and today often serve as training vessels—a small maritime detail that perfectly complements the atmosphere of this location.
