The house is beautiful and cozy. Deducted a star because the "complimentary toiletries" did not exist in all bathrooms. Each bathroom had exactly 2 washcloths. We could not find any extra washcloths. Some of us had to share, or go without. The ladies that didn't bring their own shampoo and conditioner had to borrow from those that did. Made showering for 9 women a coordinated effort, with lots of head scratching. "Why isn't there shampoo in these showers?!"

The communication wasn’t great. The contact person didn’t know the answers to my questions and never got back to me about where the key was that we never found. The downstairs was hot.
