Early Check-in/Late Check Out is available at $20/hr upon request - The reason we ask this, is because typically it takes 4 hours to clean the property. If you wish to check in early, our cleaner will have to bring an extra person to help clean the unit quicker.
Remember, you`re staying in a home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. Our property is constantly being upgraded. You will sometimes notice we’ve added new items to make stays more comfortable. There is a possibility our photos may be different than what you see in the property upon arrival.
Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4.5 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse pets based on age, sexe, breed and/or if they are fixed or not.
Deposits may be required.
1. All guests must be disclosed.
2. No parties or events.
3. Do not make excessive noise or listen to loud music.
4. No usage of illegal substances.
5. Please do not re-arrange the furniture.
6. Late check out / early check in is $20/hr.
7. Guests agree to pay for damages exceeding deposit.
8. Pets are allowed depending on age, sexe, breed and if they are fixed. Pet fee is $75 per stay.
9. We reserve the right to refuse any pets.
If any house rules are broken, there may be a charge of up to $300.

We loved our apartment in Grand Sault/Grand Falls - easy to walk to sights, activities for the kids, dinner and ice cream. The property was as described and had thoughtful touches like a cookbook, chocolates, and games to use. Kitchen was fairly well-stocked and had a working Keurig for coffee. It was great to be able to do laundry. The property managers were the most responsive and proactive of any of the places we've stayed on our trip - they reached out midway through our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!
