Chic beach condo in a resort like setting! Ready for you to enjoy your stay in comfort. This Condo is on the 2nd floor with an elevator providing accessibility options. Enjoy your favorite beverage out on the balcony overlooking the pond. Comcast streaming device is available with most streaming services, just log into your account and enjoy your favorite shows. Are you working remotely? No problem, you will have reliable high-speed Wi-Fi. Comfortable queen size air mattress also available for extra occupancy.
The building is in front of the wonderful pool with showers, chairs and umbrellas ( not available in the off season ). Also the club house, gym, play-ground and tennis courts (with basketball hoops). Plenty of free parking available.
Location, Location, Location! You will be walking distance from 2 Tanger Outlets and restaurants on Route 1. You can walk or bike to Rehoboth Beach boardwalk to enjoy the wonderful beach, area shops and restaurants. Step outside of the community and take a scenic nature walk or bike ride on the Breakwater Junction Trail and spend time at Lewes Beach. Walk to Crystal for a hearty breakfast or walk to Revelation Brewery to try local beer. Don't miss out and create wonderful memories at this perfectly located resort like family oriented community. The standard policy for community pools is that they are opened starting on May 25th and closing on September 1st.

We’ve stayed in several different units at The Grande at Canal Pointe, and this condo was by far the cleanest — absolutely spotless and well cared for.A few things future renters may want to know: there were no bath mats for stepping out of the shower. We brought our own towels and linens, but we’ve never stayed in a place that didn’t include bathroom mats, so bring extras towels. Also, as noted in the listing (and our oversight), there’s only one TV in the living room and no hairdryer — both of which we’ve had in other units here.The biggest downside was the check-in process. It required going to a local realtor’s office with no parking and long lines. We weren’t expecting this since the unit uses a key code — which unfortunately was incorrect on our check-in sheet, and no instructions were provided for using the keypad. It added unnecessary stress at the start of our stay. The only thing that truly needed to be picked up was the pool fob, which other units have typically left inside for convenience. We wish we had known in advance that in-person check-in and drop box check-out were required.Despite these small inconveniences, the condo’s exceptional cleanliness really stood out. With a few tweaks, this would be an easy five-star stay.
