About this house rental
With its completely refurbished interior and its refurbished exterior, this warm single-storey maisonette, very bright, ideal for 4 people (but can accommodate up to 6 people for a few days, thanks to a sofa bed in the lounge area) is the perfect place for your departures for daily excursions to Reims (bus and tram nearby), its surroundings (Montagne de Reims, visit cellars...) or for your evenings (the 2 concert halls Reims Arena and La Cartonnerie are less than 10 minutes walk away). A cute garden with covered pergola will allow you to enjoy the sunny days.

Inside, the accommodations are fully tiled except in the bedrooms where the floor is parquet. is composed as follows:
- a living room with a nice kitchen area (ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, filter coffee maker and Dolce Gusto coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, raclette machine, croque-monsieur machine), a dining table with 6 high chairs, a lounge area equipped with a sofa bed, flat screen TV and several stools for convivial moments around the small coffee table
- a bedroom 1 equipped with a queen-size bed (160X200) and 2 large wardrobes, with a view of the garden
- a bedroom 2 (modular bedroom): either 2 single beds of 90X190, or 1 double bed of 180X190
- a bathroom with double sink unit, hairdryer, shower, washing machine and dryer
- a separate toilet.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Some board games are available: card games, scrabble, chess.
From the street, you enter through a small gate leading to a stone driveway where it is possible to park a medium-sized car (new type 208). This space is equipped with a Green-Up socket, available free of charge to charge your electric car. Note that this socket is also accessible for a car parked in the street, in front of the gate.
A little further down the driveway, you can enjoy a pretty flowered border.
At the end of this driveway is a pleasant garden with, on one side, a small wooden terrace and, on the other, a pergola with a glass table, 6 chairs, gas plancha and rest area.
Arrival is autonomously thanks to a key box.

It was a wonderful stay in Reims.The house is very clean, tidy and comfortable. Close to the city center either on foot or tram, also can reach easily to Paris, Épernay and CDG airport by train. Marche on the weekend is also superb. Odile, the owner of the house, was kind enough for everything. She advised us the places to go (we visited Charleville-Mézières, where The World Festival of marionette was held during our stay. Very beautiful and full of fun.) We highly recommend to stay this property!
