The space: The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, air conditioning in both bedrooms, 32" TV, complete kitchen, cooktop stove, microwave, 1 dresser, 3 single beds, 1 double bed, 1 sofa, large living room, service area, water filter and Wi-Fi. Everything is new. Guest access: The neighborhood spaces are free. Other observations: The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, air conditioning in both bedrooms, 43" TV, American kitchen, cupboard, stove on the counter, microwave, 1 dresser, 2 single beds, 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed, large living room, service area, water filter. Additional rules: Guests must leave the house in order as they found it. Windows must be closed at 5:00 am due to strong winds, garbage collection is always in the morning. The permitted animals are small breeds. Additional Rules: 1- No loud music is allowed after 10 PM. 2- The use of cigarettes, tobacco, cigars, marijuana, or any other substance is not permitted in the enclosed space. 4- It is forbidden to take household items from the apartment to the beach. ex bath towels, sheets, pillows, glasses, plates and cutlery.
5- It is forbidden to sit on the bed or sofa with wet clothes.

6- Guests must close the windows at 6:00 PM, preventing mosquitoes from entering.
