Kimberly is lovely and very helpful. She is prompt at answering messages. The suite is very clean. It isn't a large suite but was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay. We will definitely book there again when we are in Vancouver.

Kimberley and her partner were wonderful hosts. Check-in was easy and straightforward. The rooms are clean and comfortable. One slight quibble was that the previous tenants had used up the toilet paper and it hadn't been replaced yet, but when I mentioned it to Kimberley, she replaced it immediately. Also, the previous tenants had left the bathroom a bit untidy. Again, this was a very minor issue. Overall this is an excellent place to stay.
