This upstairs unit offers 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a living space. There is also a small kitchenette with minifridge, microwave, coffee maker, and burner. There are laundry facilities shared with 3 other units and a common space in the foyer.

Street parking is available. You will unlock the front door, then Unit 2 is on the second floor. Your unit will have a separate lock with a code unique to your stay.
This property is located in the heart of the Olde Town Historic District and provides a one bedroom suite located on the second level.
There is public transportation nearby, but Augusta is most easily enjoyed by vehicle. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance of The Lindsey.

Communication before arrival was inconsistent. We initially received a message stating that early check-in was absolutely not allowed, followed by another message the next day offering early check-in. Because of the mixed messages, we chose to stick with the original check-in time. Unfortunately, when we arrived after the designated check-in time, the property was not ready. It was very warm inside, and the cleaning crew had just started—some were still arriving.We attempted to contact the property manager, but communication was significantly delayed. As a result, we had to leave our belongings in the car and kill time around town. When we were eventually informed the property was ready, there was little acknowledgment or apology for the inconvenience.While we understand things can get busy, clearer communication and a more professional approach would have made a big difference in our experience.
