Listing was as described. The house was well suited for a weekend girls trip that was a short Uber distance to our concert venue. The house is situated in a cul-de-sac in a neighborhood that does not have an HOA. We felt safe and comfortable. The door color is fabulous! I really enjoyed having blackout curtains in the 2 bedorooms on the side where the sun comes up! Very cute decorative touches and uses of space.

The house was lovely, but the home was 78 degrees when we arrived. The neighborhood is very run down, but quiet. The back door has no deadbolt, so we went to Lowe’s and purchased a security device for the back door. Once we got the house cooled down, our stay was fine.
