About this apartment rental
Dear Guests,
We are very pleased to welcome you here!!!!
Our house is located right on the eastern edge of the village.
Below us is a horse stable, and to the east is a cow barn... So you’ll find yourself right in the middle of nature...
Over the past few months, we’ve put a lot of love into completely refurnishing and redecorating our apartment.
The windows and front door are brand new!
There’s a stove in every room. Living/dining room/kitchen = underfloor heating.
Bathroom also has underfloor heating. Bathroom/toilet with tub, sink, and shower curtains = underfloor heating.
It’s important to us that our guests can set their own desired temperature!
The seating area in front of the apartment in the garden is covered and furnished. (2 lounge chairs with a mat are stored in the basement.
The garden is fenced and for exclusive use.
Private parking space right next to the apartment.
Our driveway requires a 4x4 vehicle or snow chains in winter!!!!
The apartment includes a private laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and sink.
Private basement for storing luggage, bicycles, and other sports gear.
It also has a heater for drying wet clothes, shoes, etc.
Upon your arrival, you will find the following:
Beds made, apartment heated (in winter), one set of terry cloth linens per person,
kitchen towels, and cleaning rags.
For the first few days, we provide a selection of spices, oil, and vinegar.
Dish soap for the sink and dishwasher. In the laundry room, you’ll find laundry detergent (for delicate fabrics)...
A selection of coffee capsules (Dolce Gusto capsules available at the Scuol Coop) and tea bags are also provided. Fondue and raclette accessories are available..
You’ll also receive a trash bag (subject to a fee). These are also available individually at the village store or at the Coop in Scuol...
Of course, we’d be delighted if you’d like to restock the used items!!
You’ll also find an information folder on the dining table..
