Overall the stay was great. We had issues when checking in because the lock box gets stuck and wouldn’t open. We ended up having to use something to shove the lever down. The assistant that helps with the check in, was very frustrated with us and at one point said “well it seems like you don’t know how to open a lock box” when it wasn’t us at all, it was the lock itself that needs to be replaced. Also the apartment seems pretty clean, but they did have a roach issue. I wouldn’t call it an infestation but we did see a bug or two everyday in the kitchen or bathroom. We did end up loving the location. Super close to Central Park and the subway which made commutes easy and affordable. We also found a lot of places near here to eat and hang out at. Loved the District bar. Beware it is 3 flights of narrow stairs which made lugging luggage a bit much lol
