Comfort and Peace are yours to enjoy in this quiet neighborhood - Hawkins Village. When you are ready for activity and entertainment, just head over to the Golf Course, Recreation Centers or many Squares featuring live entertainment, dining and shopping. There are beautiful walking paths just outside the door where you will encounter breathtaking nature.
The fully stocked kitchen overlooks a great room with a dining area and comfortable furnishings in the living room area. The large primary bedroom has a queen size bed with Ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and walk-in closet. The second bedroom located on the opposite end of the house is furnished with a queen bed, dresser, night stands and large closet. The adjacent second bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail in the oversized screened in lanai at the front of the house. There is a grassy area in back with no neighbors behind which adds to the serenity and privacy of this home.
For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer, central heating and AC and ceiling fans in each room. High Speed Wi-fi throughout the home.

Great first time experience in the Villages! The host was welcoming and super helpful throughout our stay! House had everything we needed; close to pool, nightly entertainment, and a quick golf cart (provided) ride to anything else we wanted to do. We will definitely be back in the future.
