Oro Valley is waiting for you at this private hillside home with spectacular views. Your 3-bedroom + 4th bedroom/den/game/futon room & 2 full bath house, is extremely comfortable, and well equipped. Nestled in a scenic peaceful neighborhood, This hillside property boasts 2 queen beds, 1 full bed, and a large extra room with a futon for extra guests. Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped Kitchen, 65” & 32” smart TVs, WiFi, AC/heat, and washer/dryer during your stay. Also, 2 full bathrooms equipped with hair dryers, and essentials. Even a dog run area for your pets! Your comfort is our top priority. Make your vacation one for the books with a stay at our place. We welcome you to our 1 acre ranch style, hillside home, surrounded by the natural desert beauty, wildlife, and picturesque sunrise/moonrise mountain views and vivid sunsets.
Our property is on a beautiful hill top with wonderful views and privacy. No neighbors right beside you, since our lot is an acre, and overlooks most homes in the neighborhood. We have a fenced in area to let your dogs outside off leash, and you can walk them around the entire lot and into the desert area to the east. There are also trails along the CDO wash, within walking distance, or just a short drive.
Consider us, you won’t regret it we have only received 5 star reviews, because we aim to please our guests and have a wonderfully private hillside haven.
We also, have a large 4th room, that could function as a 4th bedroom, using the futon and couch, or a game room. We have stocked games, coloring books and comics. There is also a baby gate that can be used, if needed.
Anyone booking the property for more than 28 nights will be required to sign a lease. Please ask us any questions about this process.
