Spacious and comfortable - sleeps 11 guests with 4 well-appointed bedrooms:

- Bedroom 4: Three twin beds, one queen bed

This home offers unparalleled views, where you can watch the sun rise from the balcony or witness the moonlight shimmering on the waves at night. Beach access is conveniently located directly across the street, making it easy to spend your days soaking up the sun and playing in the surf. Designed with multiple families in mind, this home features two full kitchens and two living rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, making it the perfect setup for privacy and comfort. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, it comfortably sleeps nine guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed with an en-suite bath, as does the second king bedroom. A third bedroom offers a full bed and a twin, while the fourth is ideal for kids with a trundle bed featuring three twin beds.

The outdoor living space is just as inviting, offering the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or sip a glass of wine in the evening while feeling the cool ocean breezes.

The dog-friendly beach invites you to bring your furry friend along for walks along the shore. The area is rich with wildlife—visit in the fall to witness whales migrating and giving birth in the local waters, or come in the summer when sea turtles nest along the beach. During the holidays, enjoy festive lights adorning the pier and New Year's fireworks over the ocean.

For those who love to explore, this home is a great place to bring a car, golf cart, motorcycle, jeep, or bicycles and cruise around the charming streets of Flagler Beach. Tucked between St. Augustine and Daytona Beach, this laid-back coastal town remains blissfully undeveloped, making it Florida's best-kept secret. The historic beauty of St. Augustine is just 40 miles away, while Disney World is less than an hour and a half away, offering the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure.

- This property allows 2 dogs. A non-refundable pet fee of $180+tax will be charged for the first dog, $50+tax for the second. Please note that additional fees may apply if we find any damage, excessive pet hair, stains, or waste (inside or outside) upon checkout.

-No Smoking/Vaping Allowed. To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all surrounding areas, including balconies and patios. If any evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fee will be assessed to cover the necessary cleaning and deodorization costs.

- To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. - We recommend you bring your own spices, condiments, sunscreen, coffee pods/ground coffee, coffee filters, bug spray etc. or make your trip to the store after checking in to get anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
