Clean but took a long time to cool off. Owner worked with us to get it cooled down. Would suggest they store personal clothes shoes etc somewhere the renters aren’t. Felt weird to see someone’s personal stuff in closets and bathrooms.

The house was very clean. The furnishings were lovely. There was no hand towel in the downstairs bathroom. No place to hang towels after you use them. Just some suggestions to make guests a little more comfortable. Distance to KSU a little longer than five minutes. Always had great communication with the owner.
