This enjoyable condo in New Orleans offers 2 bedrooms with a queen bed, bunk bed, and futon. Safe and quiet street in the Irish Channel of New Orleans, 4 blocks from Magazine Street and 5-minute walk to St. Charles Ave. You can easily take a Streetcar to anywhere you want in the city. Walkable Neighborhood near shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. Unit is part of a 3- unit complex that was one home, but turned into condominiums. Exposed brick and other original features have been preserved. This unit is in the back of the home and upstairs, accessible by outside stairs. Unit has a private deck that overlooks the large backyard, but does not have access to the front porch. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.
