About this house rental
This historic home built in 1900 has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is located in the heart of the NE Mpls Arts District.
There are two bedrooms on the second floor. The main bedroom has both a kind and a queen, the smaller bedroom has a queen bed, and a daybed in the living area on the main floor pulls out to a king bed. All beds feature Lucid Mattresses, and luxurious 100% Cotton sheets. Both floors have newly remodeled bathrooms with a sink, toilet and shower stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The kitchen is brand new in 2024 and well appointed with pots, pans, dishes, glassware, toaster, mixer and a wide variety of spices. The dining room table seats six. Outdoors features a beautifully landscaped garden. Harvest your fresh herbs and fruit on site! There is a patio with table and chairs for six, a three burner gas grill, fire ring with seating for eight-plus.
The house is ideal for remote working as the Wi-Fi is robust and covers the entire yard, so you can enjoy the outdoors while working or playing on line.

Overall the stay and the house was good, the neighborhood was a little loud and heard arguing and yelling around. The sauna needs some more specific instructions and working lights. But the house was fantastic to stay in and comfortable!
