About this house rental
Welcome to our cozy and charming home! This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom property has everything you need for a relaxing stay in Augusta. Whether you’re here for a family event, business trip, or a weekend getaway, our home is perfect for families or groups looking for comfort and convenience.
The home has been beautifully renovated and updated in 2022, with a modern kitchen and clean bathrooms to ensure a pleasant stay. You’ll find plenty of space to spread out, with a comfortable living room, a lovely dining area, and both a large front and backyard for outdoor enjoyment. Plus, to make sure your stay is as smooth as possible, we’ve got two refrigerators (each with an ice maker), a large washer and dryer, and a tankless water heater for unlimited hot water.
We also offer ample parking with a very large driveway, so you’ll never have to worry about finding a spot!
The location is fantastic, too – we’re just minutes from downtown Augusta, Augusta National/Masters, Evans, and Grovetown. You’ll find plenty of restaurants, stores like Walmart, Sam’s Club, and Costco nearby, plus fun attractions like TopGolf, Dave & Buster’s, and great walking trails like the Greeneway Trail and Augusta Canal Trail.
And remember, when you book with us, you’re reserving the whole house, so you’ll have exclusive access to all the amenities for the duration of your stay.

The house had everything we needed for our trip especially room for 8 adults so that we were not all under each other for this working trip. House was clean and beds were perfect. Large driveway for our vehicles including work truck.
