About this house rental
Welcome to this renovated 3-bedroom, 2 bath lower unit of a duplex with fantastic deck space just steps from the beach access. The beautiful and fully stocked kitchen includes a French press, a drip and pod coffee maker. The dining room has seating for 6. The living room has a 55" Smart TV with streaming options and comfortable furniture. The master bedroom is equipped with a smart tv, king bed and ensuite bathroom with his and her sinks and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a smart tv. The third bedroom has a twin bunkbed. Across the hall, you will find the guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo. This unit includes a washer/dryer combo. There are 2 outdoor showers to make cleaning off the sand and salt a breeze.
This beach house is perfect for the family providing a variety of perks that you will not find in other rentals including a charcoal grill, cordless charging stations, bikes with helmets, baby bath, high chair, pack-n-play, kids games and books, beach gear and more!

Great location and clean unit. Everything in the description is 100% accurate. Very well stocked. We only ran into a couple of “issues” but nothing we brought up with property management. It just wasn’t worth it. The unit had a “stale” smell when we came in. I don’t know when it was last rented or if the HVAC had been turned off or what. I turned the HVAC down to get the fan running. It took about 24-48 hours and the smell was gone. One of the toilets was easy to clog, but we managed. The garbage disposal didn’t work, but we weren’t there long enough for that to be a problem either.Overall we would DEFINITELY stay here again and I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay on Amelia Island.
