About this apartment rental
Located on the heights of the Restanques du Golfe residence in St Tropez, this 37m² T3, completely renovated in 2022 (paintings, parquet flooring, kitchen, furniture) in a modern seaside style, has a panoramic sea view of the Gulf and St Tropez.
Very bright, it consists of:
a cabin bedroom with bunk beds
a bathroom: shower, toilet, washbasin
a bathroom: bath, washbasin
The master bedroom, 160 *200 bed with cupboard and magnificent sea view
The kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped: dishwasher, washing machine, mini oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, nespresso and filter coffee makers, toaster, kettle and all the crockery necessary for your stay.
The apartment is air-conditioned (one split in the living room and one split in the bedroom main house), with plenty of storage space and very well equipped.
For your comfort, sheets and towels are included and beds made on arrival, there are all the basic necessities available (tea, coffee, condiments, household products, shower gel, dish towels, etc ...) and a private very high speed internet connection. Baby equipment (cot, high chair) is also available, if necessary.
A south-east facing terrace with a pergola covered by a shade sail without vis-à-vis with garden furniture allowing you to take all meals outside.
The residence is secured by a gate with a caretaker and a space, in the covered parking lot, private and numbered is reserved for accommodation, accessible by a nearby lift.
On the activity side, the residence is located in the heart of a landscaped natural area of 25 hectares and includes, among other things, a 1600 m² aquatic area (wave pool, paddling pools, slides and jacuzzi), multi-sports fields, tennis, table tennis, and a pleasure lake allowing you to take a beautiful walk, a children's playground. All these activities as well as entertainment throughout the day and some evenings, are included in the rental price.
There is also a restaurant and a mini-market on site.
We are also close to the beaches, Sainte Maxime and the bay of Saint Tropez.
