The Property
This 1980s-era house, renovated in 2023, is located between Aix and Marseille. It has 4 bedrooms (one of which spans two levels) and can accommodate up to 12 people, depending on the layout.
Ground Floor
You’ll find a large living area consisting of a living room with a fireplace and a dining room, which opens onto the open-concept kitchen—itself extended by a small dining area and an utility room with a laundry area.

On the first floor are two double bedrooms and a study/TV room equipped with a corner sofa (single-sleeper).
A spacious bathroom and a separate toilet.
On the first floor, adjoining the living room, is a two-story studio with an office downstairs (with a two-person sofa bed) and, on the mezzanine, a double bedroom plus a single bed, and a shower/sink.
The tree-lined garden surrounds the house and offers a view of Sainte-Victoire.
A gazebo/stage/planters adheres to the large pool (13x5.5m), and you’ll find a ping-pong table, lounge chairs, pétanque balls, molki, a barbecue, a vegetable garden, and more...
You’ll also find a variety of board games and children’s toys.

You can park up to 3–4 cars inside the garden, but 3 cars can also be parked in front of the gate on the cul-de-sac without disturbing the neighbors.
