Its 40 m² have been judiciously furnished: a bright air-conditioned living room with equipped kitchen opening onto a furnished terrace surrounded by greenery. Living area with extra sofa bed, television, nomadic enclosure. A bedroom with large closet. A bathroom with shower and window with a view of the olive trees. Separate toilet with window.
You are the only one who has access to the owners' swimming pool (5.5 m x 12 m) at certain times. It is located in a huge garden with many Mediterranean varieties (mimosas, palm trees, citrus fruits, medlars, strawberry trees, albizias, etc.), with a remarkable atmosphere and perspectives. Children who do not know how to swim are not accepted.
The place is ideal for exploring and visiting many interesting tourist sites. You will be 15 km from the sea, the center of Toulon, Hyères from where the boats leave for the Iles d'Or.
Pets are welcome, the area is not fenced.
