Clean, plenty of towels, beautiful outdoor space, great location, close to restaurants and shopping

The good....perfect location and lots of space. The bad... the house is not well maintained: the master bedroom door was warped and made noise every time you opened it, toilets were shoddy, and upstairs curtains are barely attached to the wall. The ugly... the place is nearby a train crossing and the schedule includes a daily train or two between 3-5pm. Oh, while the downstairs projector in the theater room does work, there's no toaster!
