Vacation home in a great location with good amenities (G24a):

This vacation home combines a cozy atmosphere with a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains and the greenery of the garden. It’s ideal for four people, family-friendly, and stylishly furnished. Its location at the highest point of the vacation village makes it a truly special retreat. Through the panoramic window in the living room or from the sun terrace, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Grünten (1,738 m) and the Reutter Wanne (1,541 m)—perfect for watching sunsets or enjoying the sunrise over the Alps in the morning with a cup of coffee.

Beautiful hiking trails start right from the house, leading to Grüntensee, Edelsberg, or the Alpspitze. A hike to the Reutter Wanne with a stop at the Haslacher Alp or a visit to the Maria Rain pilgrimage church are also worthwhile excursions.

Inside the house, you’ll find a large, bright living room with a dining area and panoramic views of the mountains. The sun terrace is furnished with matching patio furniture, and an electric kettle grill is available for cozy barbecue evenings.

The fully equipped kitchen features a stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator, as well as everything coffee lovers need: an espresso maker, French press, coffee maker, and milk frother. For families, there is a Tripp Trapp high chair with a removable seat and a lovingly furnished children’s room with a bunk bed, including a selection of children’s games, board games, and books.

The house features a bathroom with a washing machine and a separate second restroom. Entertainment options include a smart TV, DVD player, and a wireless music system with internet radio, AirPlay, and network streaming.

For sports activities, two cross-bikes (women’s and men’s) and a 20-inch children’s bike are available; in winter, sleds can be used. There is also a private garage.



Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00, and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
