Your entire group will enjoy this brand new, comfortable and spacious home, with easy access to everything from this central location, and plenty of room for extended family or friends. Great base for Phillip Island and surrounding areas. Walk to town. 5 minute drive to beach. Local activities include beach, bike rides, bird watching, nature walks, photography, wineries, golf, dairies open to the public, surfing, sailing, swimming, boating, fishing, snorkelling, paddle boarding, scuba diving, grand prix circuit, cafes, restaurants, markets. Also close to penguin parade, pelican feeding, great beaches for variety of activities. Great size for 6-12 people.
