The Lakeside Log cabin has it all for a relaxing family vacation, week of fishing, ATV trips, snowmobiling, girl's trip or a romantic getaway!
Perfect for 4-6 guests, the cabin features 2-bedrooms, including an open loft, one full bathroom, parking for 2 vehicles, outdoor space with firepit, private lakeshore, walking distance to various businesses and close proximity to two state parks and a casino, this cabin retreat has it all!
The cabin has a well-equipped kitchen and outdoor charcoal grill available. You can cook up the fresh fish you caught on the lake that day, or with so many destinations within walking distance, go check out the local area! There are several options for breakfast, burgers or pizza at the close by cafe, bar and bistro, and bowling alley with pizza!
The best feature is the large covered front porch overlooking Lake Mille Lacs. Slow down and enjoy the serene mornings, sunny afternoons and calm evenings with good food, family and friends. If it's a hot day, float on our private lakeshore to cool off.
The Soo Line trail is just a couple blocks away and coupled with the nearby state parks, our location offers year-round ATV, snowmobile, fishing, hiking, and hunting opportunities. Fishing guides, rentals and boat launch are available next door. You can also launch at the public boat landing just 2 miles away in Father Hennepin State Park.
Within walking distance, you can check out local area businesses. You'll find cafe, bar and bistro, library or even bowling and pizza options.
If you need more space for a family gathering, or group fishing, riding ATV trails or snowmobiling, check out our other cabin right next door, Black Bear, with comfortable accommodations for up to another 10 people.

Very clean. Loved the porch overlooking the lake. Wish we could have fished from the property, but not an option. Description of property indicated “laundry.” But you actually had to drive to a nearby laundromat. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed 4 nights at this cabin and had a great time. Very close to town, you can walk to the grocery store. Cabin was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the views from the deck.

Nice place very clean had everything we needed for cooking and eating. Lake view was nice with the covered porch which came in handy so we could still be outside even in the rain.
