• A fitted kitchen with island open to a dining area (induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all the necessary kitchen utensils)
• A laundry room with washing machine, dryer and outdoor furniture
• Next to the living room, a first bedroom with a double bed (160*200) and an en-suite bathroom with shower, hairdryer and WC
