Apartment 'Acapulco Residence 203' with Shared Pool, Private Terrace and Balcony

The holiday apartment Acapulco Residence 203 is located in Lido di Jesolo just a short walk from the beach. The 50 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include a TV as well as a washing machine. This accommodation does not offer: Wi-Fi and air conditioning. This accommodation features a private outdoor area with a covered terrace and balcony.

This vacation rental features a refreshing shared pool (open from May 15th to September 15th) for hot summer days.

A parking space is available on the property.

Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.

The property is equipped with smoke/fire detectors, gas/methane detectors, and a fire extinguisher for safety. The equipped beach is available from the first Sunday in May until the last Sunday in September.

Check-in is only allowed during the scheduled hours and requires prior approval from the host for any exceptions. Late check-in is possible only upon request and at an additional cost, to be agreed with the host based on the actual arrival time. This must be communicated at least 3 days before the check-in date.



A security deposit is required and will be returned in cash at check-out if it takes place in person with the host between 9:30 and 10:00 AM. If you check out earlier, the deposit will be returned via bank transfer after the property has been checked.
