This is a cozy basement apartment. A very quiet neighborhood. We felt very safe. The owner is very helpful if needed but doesn’t bother you if not needed. It is about five minutes from the Metro rail station so the location is perfect for Washington D C sightseeing. We absolutely enjoyed our stay.

The check-in process was a little awkward because the app had changed, but did not inform the owner that there is no longer a check-in button. Not owner’s fault. During the stay, the deck was under construction, so we constantly heard hammering noises and drilling noises throughout our stay. Also, the upstairs people were very loud.The area is really nice though, very peaceful and quiet. Everything is labeled very neatly, and there was even make up remover, which was super helpful. The place is much smaller than the photos suggest. But, other than that, the day was overall a pretty pleasant experience.

My husband, 3 year old daughter and I stayed in this unit for about 2 weeks and it was great! The host was very nice and responsive to anything we needed. It was exactly as pictured and was stocked with basically everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, quiet and cozy place to stay.
