Flatford Mill, 4 miles away, is the location of John Constable's famous 'Haywain' and 'Flatford Mill' paintings, and here you can enjoy rowing or walking the River Stour, and then take a traditional afternoon tea at National Trust 'Bridge Cottage'. Original Constable paintings can be viewed at Christchurch Mansion in Ipswich, 10 miles away.
