Enjoy a private garden with a hot tub and barbecue, 2 bedrooms, a bright living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The garage provides added convenience.
Ideally located between land and sea in the center of the village and near shops, 10 minutes from Béziers, 25 minutes from the beaches, and 1 hour and 30 minutes from Spain.
As soon as you arrive, you’ll be charmed by the warm and modern atmosphere of the bright living room, where the cathedral ceiling creates a wonderful sense of space. The living room is perfect for relaxing, with a smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare your meals, with everything you need right at your fingertips.
34° Sud features two comfortable bedrooms: a master bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a large walk-in closet for your belongings. The second bedroom, ideal for children, can be furnished with two single beds or a double bed (180x200), depending on your needs. It also features a walk-in closet.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a vanity unit, and a built-in toilet for added comfort.
On the first floor, you’ll find a large garage for parking your car, as well as a laundry room with a washing machine and drying rack. An additional bathroom, with a shower, sink, and toilet, is available for your convenience.
In the private garden, you can relax in the hot tub (open year-round) or enjoy a meal outdoors thanks to the barbecue (charcoal not provided) and a dining area.
Families are welcome: the accommodations are equipped with everything you need for children, including a high chair, a crib, a playpen, and child-safe cutlery, all provided free of charge to ensure a hassle-free stay.
