About this villa rental
This 9-bedroom, 9-bathroom villa is located in Sosua (Puerto Plata province - Dominican Republic), and has a size of approximately 9000 sq. ft. The residence has a private pool, is a short drive to the beach and is a few minutes' drive from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.)
Main features include:
- Fully furnished and equipped: all linen and towels are provided, along with a starter kit of consumables (soap, toilet paper etc.)
- Television / Cable TV
- Wi-Fi internet

- Only pay for the bedrooms you book (from 4 to 11, depending on the size of your group)
A few house rules:
- The residence is guest-friendly (you can invite anybody without any additional fee, respecting the maximum overnight capacity of 2 adults per bedroom)..
- Pets can be considered (depending on their type/number/size).
- Smoking is only allowed in the outside areas.
- Proof of identity and refundable deposit required by residence.
- Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (during office hours only)
Housekeeping can be arranged upon request, and other optional services (such as chef, driver, car rental etc.) can be organized as per your requirements.
