About this house rental
Between Avignon and L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, holiday villa on the outskirts of the village of Jonquerettes, with swimming pool and pétanque area.
The villa is located at the entrance to the village of Jonquerettes, in a peaceful, residential area, surrounded by vineyards, and 1.5 km from Saint-Saturnin-lès-Avignon, where you'll find all the amenities you need, including shops and restaurants. Avignon (15 km) is close by, with its Popes' Palace and its not-to-be-missed festival in July. Other interesting sites to visit are within a radius of 12 km to 30 km: l'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, nicknamed the ‘Venice of Provence’, Fontaine-de-Vaucluse with its mysterious chasm, and the villages of the Luberon: Gordes, Bonnieux, and many more.
INSIDE
On the ground floor, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living/dining room, with French windows giving easy access to the garden and swimming pool. Then there are two bedrooms, one with 2 single beds that can be moved closer together, and the other with a large double bed. A full bathroom and separate WC complete the accommodation. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with a double bed. One has an en suite shower room with WC. The villa has been tastefully decorated to a very high standard.
OUTSIDE
The well-tended, harmonious, fully walled garden offers pleasant privacy. The terrace adjoining the kitchen is beautifully laid out, shaded by an awning and has a view onto the swimming pool. There's a nice boules pitch with a rest area, as well as a play area with a swing and a wooden playhouse for younger children.

This impeccable house, which seems to be dedicated to hospitality, has a real holiday atmosphere about it. You will be delighted by its aesthetics, its comfort and its location in the centre of a region to discover and enjoy the Provencal atmosphere around famous places such as the Luberon and the Alpilles.
