Our home is newly built. The builder needs to complete the driveway paving and sod/grass work. There are houses around our property being built, so you may hear some construction noise. Rest assured, our place is completely safe to stay in and you will enjoy features of a newly built home.
STRICTLY NO PARTIES, NO BIG EVENTS, NO SMOKING/WEEDS/DRUGS
You’ll have the entire house to yourself (except the basement - it's not finished). You will not share any amenities in the house with anyone.
Since its newly built residential area city yet to provide garbage pickup service, builder has placed the garbage trailer close to driveway parking. Please cautious while disposing the garbage bags in the trailer due to construction zone.
