• The neighborhood includes miles of hiking trails and comfortable bicycle paths.
• Private driveway, walking paths throughout the neighborhood.
• This cozy home is light and bright and it features a split floorplan with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a spacious open floor plan that's perfect for your getaway.
• Enjoy the elegant cabinets, stainless steel appliances in the very spacious gourmet kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with many appliances, perfect for those that love to cook!
• The primary suite overlooks the backyard and offers a spacious walk-in closet. The inside laundry room provides plenty of storage, while the covered patio features views of a stunningly landscaped and low maintenance turf backyard.
• The front patio has a lovely sitting area for coffee or a glass of wine at the end of the day.

****Well behaved dogs allowed. (No cats) $100 Pet fee required per pet to cover the cost of extra cleaning. Fee paid through Airbnb or other options. Pets are not allowed on the beds or furniture. Pets must be kenneled if left at home or brought with you when you leave. All poop must be cleaned up before check-out. Any found will result in additional charges for a pet clean up service.
