About this apartment rental
For an unforgettable holiday in front of a fine sandy beach and within walking distance of all amenities, we offer you this 3-room apartment with garden and direct access to the sea!
Accommodation:
In a residence opposite the beach, the apartment is composed of two bedrooms, one of which is on the mezzanine, a living room, a semi-open kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub + vanity unit and an outdoor space directly overlooking the promenade. The apartment is equipped with an air conditioning system and Wifi!
On the night side you will find a bedroom with a 160 bed then on the mezzanine level we have a 140 bed and a 90 bed.
The terrace has a dining table. You can therefore enjoy good meals with a breathtaking view of the beach and the bay of Lecques!
Parking:
The apartment has a closed garage but in another condominium located about 5 minutes from this residence.
Facilities:
Wifi, washing machine, filter and nespresso coffee machine, vacuum cleaner, toaster, kettle, extractor hood, ceramic hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge, garden furniture, hair dryer, garden with access to the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped, you have everything you need to cook! Air conditioning in the living room and the closed bedroom.
The environment:
You can put your towel on the fine sand and near the lifeguard station which provides surveillance in the summer season.
Saint Cyr sur mer is a city that offers many sports and water activities. It also has its historic center which makes it a popular destination for your family or friends vacation.
Sheets and bath towels:
As an optional extra and on request (20 euros for the single bed kit / 25 euros for the double bed kit and 15 euros for towels with one large and one small per person).
Housekeeping:
This is included in your reservation and a company will intervene after your departure.
Animals:
Not allowed out of respect for the neighborhood.
Deposit upon handing over the keys:
A credit card imprint will be requested upon handing over the keys. The amount is equal to one week's rental.
