Spring Break/Holy Week Restrictions: IMMEDIATE FAMILIES (parents, grandparents, & children) ONLY
Wristbands are required for all guests during Spring Break/Holy Week and are $25 + tax, per person.
WATERFRONT DOCK COMING SOON - Guests are welcome to enjoy the pier at 222 W. Huisache for walking and relaxing. However, access to the end of the dock is restricted due to ongoing work in that area. Boats are not permitted to dock at this time.
Welcome to 222 W. Huisache, a stunning BAYFRONT vacation rental with a PRIVATE POOL located in the heart of South Padre Island. The master bedroom is large, and offers guests amazing waterfront bay views! This room features a King Bed, flat screen tv, walk in shower and a large soaking tub for ultimate relaxation! The other guest room entails a Queen Bed and fantastic bay front views! This guest room has a private en-suite bathroom with walk in shower.
Guests will love hanging out with friends and family in the private pool located on the east side of the house. The pool area has a tropical vibe and ample lounging furniture to relax and enjoy South Padre's warm coastal weather! The pool may be heated upon request for a daily fee of $30 + tax.

Everything was very nice, clean, good location.
The only problem was that there was no black out on the windows blinds, and one of the rooms was missing a blind at all, the maintenance team resolved until the third night.
The master bedroom has a noise on the ac unit, maybe the exit rack has one piece loose.
