The entire 10 acre space is yours to enjoy during your stay with amazing views and beautiful starry nights.

Pool/Jacuzzi Rules-
Absolutely no glass in or around pool or jacuzzi.
Please use plastic dishware provided in kitchen cabinet for outdoor dining.
A fee of $5,000 will be charged to drain and refill pool.
A fee of $2,000 will be charged to drain and refill jacuzzi.

There is NO fencing around pool. Children must be supervised at all times when outdoors. NO exceptions.

Due to the nature of the desert we ask that you please ensure all guests do not track sand/dirt into the pool or jacuzzi.

Heating pool is not included in nightly rate. There is the option to heat pool during late spring & fall for additional cost. Additional fee is $150 per day and will require cost of heating 12-24 hours prior to arrival.


House Rules-

Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the house or game room.
Smoking must be at least 30 ft away from house. Any damage to furniture caused by cigarettes, cigars, matches/lighters will result a charge for replacement fee.

Pets-
As much as we love pets we are not allowing pets at The Desert Shadow. A $500 per pet per night special cleaning fee will be charged if guests violate our policy.

We ask that you disclose if you have a Service Animal or Emotional Support Animal (ESA) prior to booking. Additional questions will apply.

Emotional Support Animal will require an ESA letter from a healthcare professional.

Broken Items-
We understand accidents happen. If anything happens please let us know immediately.

Parties/Events and Extra Guests-
Special events and parties must be approved by host prior to arrival.
Additionally, day guests are allowed and MUST follow house rules. All additional day guest must leave the property by 10pm.

Nature's Animals-
The Desert Shadow has a bounty of birds, roadrunners, chipmunks and squirrels who live on the property. Feel free to feed them with food provided. Bird feeder is located in front yard.

Commercial photograph and video is NOT allowed. Requests MUST be made and approved prior to the booking.

Parking-
No vehicles allowed beyond the designated driveway.
